Masters of the Universe Origins MELAKTHA Custom action figure by Hunter Knight Customs
Finally another dip into the Masters of the Universe lore! Melaktha here is one of the most requested characters across the line He is the Royal Archaeologist and explorer of King Randor's Court. Whether is Classics, Vintage, Origins, Masterverse, heck even Mega Construx! People don't seem to have enough of him and so far, no official figure has ever been made. Here I present you with my version for the Masters of the Universe Origins line.
Unlike my Masters of the Universe Classics version from 2019, I decided to make Melaktha exactly as he appeared in the Filmation cartoon. The only exception this time, is that he has an axe to fend off any wanderer that wants to mess with his exploration.
He was made using the torso and crotch from a Macho Man figure, boots from triple H, cast head from MOTUC Clamp Champ with added beard and sculpted costume sections made with Aves Apoxie. The pouches are flexible casts made with Procreate out of a Thundercats Ultimates Pumyra figure.
A few coats of Citadel's Lothern Blue, Model Masters Dark Blue and Revell's Schwarz, and Melaktha is ready to join your Masters of the Universe Origins ranks!
