Custom Funko Pop SCARLETT from G.I. Joe vinyl figure by Hunter Knight Customs

Next in my custom  Funko Pop! G.I. Joes is Scarlett! She was a commission or a customer, featuring red in her 80's cartoon appearance. Scarlett was made using the head of a Tomb Raider Lara Croft figure and the body of Elasti Girl from the Incredibles. A few modifications later and she was ready to join her fellow teammates in the fight against Cobra!
